As always extremely happy with Vicks. Been doing business with them for years even before I opened a shop. Never a bad experience. Thanks guys!

After buying from Vicks competitor over a year and never having a problem I got a product with lack luster quality. Asking to return it I was treated poorly and told to pay return shipping, then they denied the sale of a gift card to a family member. I never mentioned any of this to Vicks, but I shifted my business 100% to them, and then had a similar issue on a large item that couldn't have been cheap to ship. They agreed with my concern on the product, picked up return shipping and provided a full refund. This is exactly how I'd expect to be treated. Frankly I'm a bit surprised by some of these reviews as my experience was completely different...perhaps they've learned a lesson and did a 180?...regardless, they'll continue to get my business.

I been shopping with Vick's on and off for years. Recently I had an order that turned out to be a defective part. I notified them by email and Matt got back to me almost immediately. The refund came shortly after.
Will definitely buy from them again and not hestate to recommend them to anyone.

My experience has been good with Vicks. I bought their Spider 2000 header set up and although there was a problem with the order ( one of the 3 parts wasn't shipped ) they turned it around and got me the missing part immediately. I've also had no problems getting someone on the phone there, as mentioned in other reviews.
