Integrity Urgent Care

I severely sprained my knee after slipping on dog poop in the backyard and came here to make sure sure I didn't fracture anything. The wait wasn't terribly long to be seen and the nurse got me in for xrays really quickly! Dr January and the nurse (sorry I forgot your name) are SUPER nice and have great bedside manners!-- which is hard to find these days at urgent care facilities. The office was clean and there is lots of seating. I chose this place because of the stellar reviews and I'm glad I did! I'd definitely come back here again.

Thank you for getting me in to see a Dr yesterday. My primary Dr was over an hour away from where I worked. The young lady at the front desk, Alexis was very sweet and polite. I heard her welcome everyone that came in and checked them in a timely manner
Stephenie the lady that took my vitals was also very sweet. Asked if I needed anything else while I waited. Dr.January Jones was very attentive in our visit. When she was finished with the exam she asked if I needed anything else. She said that I waited for her so now she was there for me with any questions that I had. I received my prescriptions I needed and sent home for rest. Thank you again

Updating my stars and review. Wait time was long. We reserved an appointment time but yet we so have to wait for every other person that walks in ahead of you. I understand there were a lot of people. I think that it should be clearer as to what it means when you reserve a time and walk in. If it was clearly a walk in, I would have not checked in to reserve a time slot. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Although, when we met with PA
Ms. Jones she was attentive and diagnosed accordingly to symptoms. She took the time to connect to patient and patient care. She was friendly and apologized about the wait time. If I had to come back to urgent care it would be on the day she is scheduled.

The wait time was really short for every part of our visit, even with having x-rays done and waiting for results. The front desk staff was friendly, and helpful. Our nurse was quick, listened carefully, and was great with my kiddo. The doctor also listened to my concerns and did testing for my peace of mind. I appreciated that because I felt heard. He was great with my kids too and they really liked him. Overall we had a great experience here. I will definitely use Integrity Urgent Care again.

My daughter came home from school screaming about her ear hurting. I called several urgent care places and the waits were all over 4 hours and this is at 6pm. I found this place online and called and wait was about 30 min they said so we made our way in. We did all the paperwork and were seen right away. Amy the nurse was amazing with my 6 year old daughter and the Dr David was even better he was so playful and even though she was screaming and carrying on they were so calm and amazing with her. She end up having double ear infection but this team was so great I wish I could use them as normal PCP I will definitely be back if ever needed.
