Palm on Jones has taken care of my family for years. They were there when my father passed, continued with my mother, my husband and now my brother in law. They were caring, thoughtful, and understanding. I recommend them to all my friends and relatives in the valley and throughout the country.

Our Funeral Director, Yvette Rodriguez, worked hard to serve an elderly widow even though the cremation package was pre-purchased years prior. She went above and beyond by coordinating with a California burial site. We initially refused additional services, but changed plans at the last minute over a holiday weekend without difficulty. The flowers and catered food we purchased for the local memorial were exceptional and complimented by all attendees. Yvette Rodriguez was even able to navigate chaotic blended family dynamics with grace and understanding. We cannot speak highly enough of how exceptional the whole experience was.

Palm Mortuary has been the best in planning both of my parent's funeral's. Everyone there has been very supportive.

I would like to thank all the staff whom I dealt with at Palm South Jones Mortuary for their kindness and professionalism during a most difficult time. It has to take special people with the highest possible customer service skills. You can't fake the amount of concern and care that they gave me. In fact, the person I started the process was leaving for vacation and still checked on me and made sure everything was taken care of with her colleagues. When I first went to make arrangements, I explained what I needed for our particular circumstances and they never attempted to sell me additional costs. If coarse I don't want to go through the heartbreaking task of making funeral arrangements anytime soon, but I would trust Palm Mortuary again.

When my mother passed away Kayla went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. She stayed in the office to meet me when she could have gone home.
She was compassionate and helpful.
Although I don't wish to go through the ordeal of arranging final burial needs for a loved one, i strongly recommend Palm to help you through this journey.
