(April 21, 2021, 5:22 pm)Walked in trying to have to locking lug bolts removed from my BMW. The lugs wear over torqued from another shop and the head of the bolts where sheared off. Didn’t expect them to be able to help because I had been turned down mmultiple times today. To my surprise I was helped immediately, with very little effort all my lug bolts had been removed and my problems were solved! Great shop, friendly people.
