Friendly, informative staff & excellent service! Rear brake line busted & I suddenly couldn't stop, AAA & Bob to the rescue. I had the works done on the rear. AAA discount was a bonus.

I am so grateful for the quick and thoughtful service I recieved from the team at Bob Sumerel. I got a flat tire on the highway and needed a fast repair to get home safely. They were able to get me in immediately to replace my tire. The customer service was exceptional and I felt so taken care of during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of fast, professional service in the NKY area!

Whenever we have an issue with one of our vehicles, AAA is our first stop. From tires, to oil changes and big jobs like A/C compressor replacement, Ethan at AAA has helped us through it all. Had a screw or some type of bolt stuck in my tire. My journey started at tire discounters where I just end up leaving because they didn’t have time to fix my tire without an appointment and they were booking a week out.

Googling other places, I notice Bob Sumerel location just around the corner. I walked in the door was greeted and helped almost right away. The customer service felt small town that I’m used to back home, where they look out what is best for the customer. I will most definitely will be coming back when I need to in the future. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Cleburne Eye Clinic for a long time and have always been treated really good there. The staff there are always really nice and pleasant to be around. The Dr's are always nice and make sure I get what I need to be able to see.
