We had a couple hiccups initially during the order/delivery process, but Shannon stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right for us. She truly values her customers and business. Thank you Shannon for the beautiful garter. It’s truly one of the prettiest ones I have ever seen!

They saved me from my freshman mom faux pas of not getting a mum. Very helpful and pleasant. They had ready made mums available and gave suggestions to personalize it.

Shannon was beyond helpful and the most awesome person to deal with. From the first call to her and her asking very politely if she could Call me back because she was finishing up with a customer on the other line. To her calling my sons girlfriend’s mother to make sure she would be making exactly what her daughter wanted speaks a lot about the how personable she and her employees are and how much they care about their business and all the customers they serve. She didn’t try to talk me into anything that wasn’t needed or wanted just to make another dollar. I can’t thank her enough and I can totally see why her and her business is so well known and popular in the mum business. I would recommend Mums & Kisses over everyone else in the business all day long.

I have been to every mum store in the Fort Worth and surrounding area and none of them have the quality of mum flowers, or feathers nor do they offer the unique prints of ribbons and trinkets. Pricing is also less than or the same as all the other mum and craft stores but your getting better quality at mums and kisses. They are also the only store that had everything in stock I needed. I have received so many compliments and inquiries on the mum flower alone. I could of saved so much time and money if I would have of gone there first. Service was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend mums and kisses.

I ordered my mum on Sunday last minute because for my senior year, I really wanted to do a mum, but didn’t have all the supplies for the things I wanted, so I took things a different route. SO PROFESSIONAL AND AMAZING ATTENTION TO QUALITY AND DETAIL!! IM IN LOVE WITH IT ALL AND COULDN’T ASK FOR MORE! Thank you so so so so much!!!
