Recently received a citation for not having car insurance, even though I had it. I went to the court a few days later to provide proof of this, and received a letter in the mail shortly after saying I was found guilty. Needless to say, I was very upset.
Feeling as if I had been robbed, I showed up to the municipal building with an attitude, but officer Morgan empathized with my situation, took the time to look at things, explain what probably happened, and how we might go about fixing it.
They are of course the government, so I wholly expected them to stonewall me and stick me with the citation... but I really appreciated the helpful attitude, which is why I’m changing my one star review to four stars.
