(January 12, 2022, 7:33 am)stopped in on my way through for a couple of impossible whoppers. I've had them in a few other BK's and they're great! However, as I drove off down the interstate I discovered these tasted BURNT and dry. (Update for upgraded review) The manager responded that staff member had apparently used the wrong setting on the broiler and offered to replace the two meals at no charge. Kudos! (I am well aware of staffing issues due to covid and am sure this won't happen very often.)
