The staff here is by far one of the best I have encountered in all my years of staying in hotels across the country. They are very attentive to all of our needs and go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. The general manager has assembled a team that takes care of their job and assisting a fellow worker if needed. Great job by every member of the staff. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone. 5 stars all the around. Thank you Extended Stay Airport Central for making our stay a wonderful experience.

The staff was great got greeted almost like they was really expecting me to come there made me feel all warm straight from the beginning:) Helpful in every way the young man that checked me in was new but was very helpful needed a lil help but got me checked in him and I think her name was Jordan not sure but they were helpful in every way they could be even down to getting me nice dishes and utensils for my room. Then came down on day 3 to Ms Kim who applied my discount and explained how I could make my situation better was just icing on the Cake not to mention my clean room no burn marks on furniture, clean bed just made me feel at home even though I’m here for work and it’s so hard being away from family months at a time especially during the holidays but they made me feel welcome thx guys! And the hotel is pretty much 15 to 30 min yo everything.

The rooms were great and much better then what I expected. We had a kitchen which included a full size refrigerator sink, counter top with a stove top in the middle and a little breakfast bar for 2 with 2 stools on the other side for seating. We also had planet of cabinet space and a full size microwave over the stove. Everything was very clean and I really mean that. I didn't have to do any cleaning like you usually have to do with other hotels and motels. This place was extremely clean from top to bottom! It definitely made for a more pleasant evening, not having to clean our room right when we first got there. We had a very enjoyable stay and definitely will come back and tell our friends.

This hotel was everything I needed for an extended stay! I stayed for 3 months, and by the end it felt like home. The front desk staff was very helpful and was always ready to fix any problems I had. Shontelle especially was very helpful and felt like family by the end of my stay! Give my girl a raise for all her hard work and dedication to making sure all guests are comfortable and taken care of! Will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

My experience here has been very pleasant. Clean facilities and well managed property. The best part of being here is/was Camille (front desk). Her customer service towards me was extraordinary! She is very kind and very much on top of things.

My first room was decent but the fridge was not getting cold after two hours in the room. I went to the front desk and shared with Camille what was going on. Without any hesitation, she had a solution that I could work with.

The second room was even better than the first. Camille made sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. I appreciated her compassion because I didn't want my newly purchased food to go bad and I was already exhausted from my flight into town in addition to having to get up early for work.

Thank you so much to Camille for her superb service! Everyone needs a Camille in their establishment.
