Mountain Valley was wonderful to work with. Not only did they handle our service, but they followed up with our family to check on us to see how we were doing. Great people who take care of you like family!!!

I truly do not have words to express my deepest appreciation to all the precious people that work at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. The funeral home is operated with such a small town personal and warm feel and nothing like the awful experience we had with a large, corporate owned and operated funeral home and cemetery where my mother was buried. Brandon and the entire staff were such a blessing to our family at a time of great loss when my mother passed away. Brandon was called by the inpatient hospice center at 2:30am the night my mother passed. We had not done any sort of prefuneral planning but knew we wanted to use Mountain Valley. To be so pleasant, comforting, and reassuring when Brandon called me after being woken up in the middle of the night says huge amounts about one's character and the companies ethics. Every need we had was met, every question we had was answered, every fear and worry we had was soothed and addressed. Thank you for taking such wonderful and loving care of my sweet momma as well as each of our family members. Everything was beautiful from the service we had in the chapel to my mother's dress and appearance. May God bless each of these people for the work they provide to families in times of deepest sorrow.

All of the staff were so warm and kind. They took care of all our requests with ease. Could not ask for a better group of people to make funeral plans easy. Mountain Valley Funeral Home is the best.

This was my 2nd Time in Using Mountain Valley Funeral Home and their Services. I'd used them years ago and the compassion and kindness that Brandon and His Team Showed made such an impact at such an emotional time. I knew all I had do was to call Brandon and he would take care of everything, and that one call started everything in motion. He was so kind and caring, and was such a relief to not have be concerned or worry. I can't stress enough on how each and every time I had questions or needed help, they were there at every step. When times like this arise it's so good to know they are there and will take care of you.
