She was very professional, thorough and displayed great dedication to making sure everything was taken care of. After the trip was booked, she made sure to follow up right before and after the trip to make sure it was a success AND it was! I recommend her highly. She gave great service that is hard to find. She was able to book transportation to the hotel from the airport and she saved us money too!
