I rarely do eat-out. But this place makes me do otherwise. Food are just great. And there’s options for vegetarians too. You can never go wrong with them.
PS: First time ever to write a review!
I’m here now and had to post because their food is that good! From the first bite to the last was absolutely delicious!! I had the Island Mix Plate, Mac and cheese and potato salad. Y’all the meat was juicy and the Mac and cheese was so creamy 😋. The owners are very welcoming and nice. I will definitely be back.
While driving through Keene I came across this little hidden gem and I am glad I did! As soon I as I walked in i was greeted by the employees and was give several recommendations and a list of daily specials. I went with the Loco Moco! The egg was cooked perfectly and the gravy & beef patty were full of flavor. I had the fresh Pineapple Coconut Punch to drink and don’t have the words to describe it. JUST TRY IT!! I will definitely be back to try the BBQ.
My husband and I went to try this place out and immediately planned a second trip to bring our family for dinner so they could try it too! The food is amazing, lots of options including vegetarian meals and the home made sauces are so good! We’re already planning another family dinner and can’t wait to go back! Such good food and the owners are so sweet. Can’t wait to go back and support this awesome local business!
Just went yesterday with a lunch buddy. We had no idea what to expect, as we didn’t know anyone who had been there yet. Upon entering, a lady walked out, smiled big and asked if it was our first time in. We told her it was. She replied, “well, it won’t be your last!” And she’s absolutely right. I know we’ll be back for more.
The food was amazing, comfortable environment, happy/friendly staff. My friend and I shared several of the Hawaiian dishes (we needed a variety on our first time in, right??) and were not disappointed with anything. The pinto beans were surprisingly good. We were also pleasantly surprised by a drink they have “on tap” that was simply labeled “Jamaica.” We have no idea what flavors we were tasting, but we wanted more. Lastly, DO NOT miss the guava cake. It may be easy to overlook, but you’ll be missing out on something magical. Enjoy!
