We are grateful for Samir and Aya Kawash of Kawash Property Services. They were up front with us on what they could and could not do on our budget. We worked together in scheduling the work throughout the project and despite the need for changes along the way, they always found a way to accommodate us.
Kawash Property Services did an excellent job with our large home improvement project. Samir and Aya went beyond the call of duty to help make our dream a reality at an affordable price. We got new flooring and fresh paint throughout the entire main level. In the kitchen we got new lighting, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite. On the upper level we got fresh paint throughout. In the guest bathroom they installed a new double vanity with granite, a new toilet and a tub/shower combo. In the master bath they widened the entry, installed a private toilet, converted a closet into a large shower, removed shower/tub combo and installed a large separate tub. In addition, they installed his and hers vanities with granite. On the exterior of our home, they power washed the brick and freshly painted the rest. They even installed a new roof. Samir and Aya, along with their carefully selected sub-contractors helped transform our home, making it beautiful. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kawash to anyone.

We hired Kawash property services to redo our flooring on our whole first floor. We had laminate and we installed the luxury vinyl waterproof flooring in our living room and dinning room and we installed tile in our kitchen and laundry. They did amazing! The flooring came out exactly as we expected! Samir and his crew were very professional. His wife Aya helped us with the design and picking out the flooring. We will definitely hire them again for our future projects!
