Rey is a good person, constantly giving updates and giving you options about what is going on, which as a customer is very nice. If any other service is needed I’d go here.
(September 21, 2022, 6:37 pm)Was looking to get paint and body work done on my 1997 Chevy Z-71.Came across Lone Star Precision Repair in Mansfield..Made contact with Rey..And he looked it over…Made a estimate...And the project was on.(Side note.I was surprised that a lot of body shops didn't want to touch it since it wasn't "Insurance" work..Hmm.)….What separated Rey and the guys at Lone Star apart from others was the feeling I got that they were working on their own vehicle..Rey's customer service focus was 100% awesome.As I kept checking in ,several times I would ask,"Hey, you think we can get a new one of those?"The comeback was always "I'll check the suppliers,see if I can find one." (remember there was/is a parts shortage going on).Highly recommend this shop!Probably met Rey at the shop, on Saturday,four or five times..As far as the work..I'll let the before and after pictures do the talking!!!
(February 10, 2022, 6:04 pm)Great service and work! Was in accident just prior to Christmas and contacted the shop, not expecting to get in at all.... he said he would work us in! Ray is so awesome! Our Jeep was such a mess, they worked so hard and it looks amazing! We highly recommend!
(December 21, 2021, 1:49 am)If you’re looking for a place to get your car repaired, then your search stops here! Rey, did an amazing job repairing my car after I was in a car accident. The entire process I was kept updated and he even went the extra mile and would send me pictures as the repairs came along! If I could give 10 stars I would. I am very very happy with how my car turned out, he left it looking brand new. I highly recommend you bring your car here for any body repairs it may need.

Reyes with Lone Star Precision Collision Repair was a saint, he had the car completely repaired and looking newer than when I rolled off the dealership. It's like it never happened! Great personal customer service and definitely recommended if you need your car fixed!
