I search and shop heavily online for furniture. I ran into DFW while searching out a Steve Silver furniture item. DFW blew the competition away. I had never heard of DFW, so I took a calculated risk and placed an order. There was prompt, courteous, and informative communication from their sales desk before, during, and after the entire transaction. When I did receive my order, there was some minor damage due to handling during transit. Without hesitation, DFW customer service stepped up and made it right quickly, resolving the issue well beyond my expectations. This is the stuff that great companies are made of!
