My son went in to have a battery terminal replaced, but woods did a diagnostic on the system and it turns out the problem was with the alternator. They were able to get the alternator same day and installed and replaced the cable add an affordable price which is hard to find these days. They communicated throughout the entire repair. I'm writing this review 48 hours later just to verify everything works great and they did a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend Woods Auto Repair. Five stars for sure!
I cannot say enough good things about Woods Automotive and their staff. I have used them three times now and they will forever have our business. They are honest, trustworthy, and efficient and only fix what is necessary and do a phenomenal job. They have taken such good care of our family and our vehicles and I highly recommend them. Dustin is very nice and professional. Went to him a few months ago to fix my engine and he said he did not want to take my money and informed us that Kia Optimas come with a lifetime warranty on the engines so I took it to Kia of Mesquite and it was fixed for free. Went back this week because I got a bad alternator reading at O’Reilly Auto Parts, he tested it and it was fine so I asked him to check the car for other problems. He DID NOT charge me. I ended up getting other work done but most mechanics charge just to look at your car. I know he spent some time checking my car out and was NOT gonna charge me. (I would have left a tip anyway!) Definitely a good man! Also Ms. D in the office offered to come get me from my house so I wouldn’t have to Uber with my 6 month old daughter, went out of her way for a stranger. She didn’t have to do that. 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Recently got my car fixed. And when I tell you the owner saved me a TON of money, he told me that most likely I had warranty on my car, which I thought had expired, and that my dealer could help me fix it. I made some calls and indeed I still had warranty on it. Honest man and you can tell that he isn’t like other mechanics that do it just to get paid, he genuinely loves what he does. Really appreciate it Mr. Woods!!!! 10 OUT OF 10, I recommend!!!!!!
