(April 5, 2023, 9:44 am)Great coaching and a engaging community at the 5am class this morning. You guys run an awesome program at Crossfit South Forney! I will definitely be back when in town again. Have to say though, one of the best parts was meeting this pup.
(March 1, 2022, 12:17 pm)This is an awesome gym! It is big, open, well organized, and clean. The best part of it are the people; the coaches and all the other people working out are all awesome. I always get a good push and have some friendly competition. I love it!
(December 15, 2020, 2:55 pm)LOVE this gym!! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Every workout can be scaled down to fit your needs. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. The members make you feel welcome and are also helpful.

The coaching staff is solid and they are always there to push you when you really need it!! The added benefit from joining CSF is all the friend's I have made along the way!! They hold you accountable and I look forward to working out with them daily!!
