I’d like to give a warm and heartfelt THANK YOU to Tracey, who works at this branch. I traveled in from out of state to take care of my dad’s affairs after his passing, and Tracey made the process so seamless and smooth. Her level of customer service and even empathy was more than enough for me to personally make the decision to continue doing business with the bank, in which I opened an account there. This is one thing that I value about credit unions over larger institutions...their ability to treat you like an individual, and not just another number. Again, to Tracey, I can’t thank you enough. Just know that your kindness meant the world to me during a very rough patch in my life.
