Amazing service from start to finish! Can't say enough good things about my experience with Lone Star Shutters.
After being in our home for over 15 years, we are doing a major remodel.
My designer said in order to update the paint in the house, it would need to include the shutters being re-painted since they needed to match the new trim color. Never even thought this could be done!!! Obviously this is not something I wanted my interior painter to do - as this requires a special process and expertise!
The thought of removing the shutters and getting them re-painted really scared me.
My designer connected me to Lone Star Shutters and Mike Hood as she had worked with Mike many times with other clients. After talking to Mike, he explained the process and came to the house to measure and give us a quote. Then, Heath and his team came and removed all of the shutters - we are talking 5,400 sq foot house with shutters on every window. We even gave direction to paint half of the shutters one color and half a lighter color. The removal went smoothly and in about a week - they called me to say they were done! They did it so fast I was not ready. :)
Then, on the re-install, the guys came and were just fantastic. They were very organized and the freshly painted shutters were PERFECT! Smooth as silk and looked better than the day I had them installed 15 years ago!
I felt like I had brand new shutters!They even repaired a few things at no additional cost.
Installers made sure each shutter was re-installed PERFECTLY!
I have never met a nicer and more customer oriented company.
From start to finish, each person we met from Lone Star went above and beyond to get this job done correctly.
