He is patient if you are organized with your questions and give him the time to answer. I've even found myself getting scolded while I'm asking questions and not listening as I should.. I was searching for a part for my 1977 BMW and someone suggested John. I sent him an email to see if he had the part and within minutes he got back to me; he had searched all over for me, including his German suppliers. When we figured out the part was no longer available, he came up with an upgraded solution for me. The part was assembled and shipped to me within an hour of payment received. John really saved my neck! Great place for classic import parts!

If you haven't done business with John in a while, you might want to give him a try again. I purchased a brake booster from DAP a few years ago and it recently failed. I boxed it up, sent it back to John, and a few days later a warranty replacement showed up at my house. Whatever John is doing now, he is getting stuff out the door quicker than he has in the past. I purchased a set of rebuilt calipers from John last year as well. They shipped fast as well. I recommend communicating with John by email. He has a lot going on and email seems to be the easiest way to keep in touch. Thanks for taking care of that brake booster for me!

John is a pro and knows his stuff. Don't listen to the above reviews. John is a patient person who has helped me diagnose issues with my car over the phone and that is not an easy task. He has never let me down and if it wasn't for him my car would not be on the road. He stands by his parts. There are 2 sides to every story. In this case the customer is NOT always right.
