HIIT903 Fitness

I’ve been with South Park Fitness for 6 months now and it has been nothing but life giving. I have never stuck with a gym this long and these people are like a second family. I go to the 9am class that is all women and there is no drama just love and encouragement which, is rare. Not only are the people amazing but the workouts push you to your limits while also giving you the option to modify where needed so that everyone can get the workout the suits them. One of the best things though is that I can bring my 18month old along with me so there is never an excuse to skip! If you’re thinking of joining do not hesitate, Lindsey and South Park Fit is the best!

If you looking for a gym and for someone to always be there to push you to your limits I would recommend South Park Fitness💚 You will gain a gym fam and I promise you that you will always have a good time! Even if we all die😅

I’ve never enjoyed working out in my 30yrs of life until I started working out under Lindsey’s guide April 2021. I’ve been going consistently since, and even signed up for an entire year because I know I won’t want to stop coming to workout here. It’s fun, but hard; so pretty effective. She’s fantastic about modifying any workout to match your level of fitness to help build you up with the best foundation, and then helping you push your boundaries to accomplish your goals. The environment she’s created here is unmatched.

Such a great place. Lindsey is a great coach and makes you feel like your family while improving your overall health!
