I called ahead for pricing and to make sure they had what I needed in stock. No getting passed around, just quick information.
Recent purchase - treated lumber, every board was perfect, didn't have to get a cart, sort thru lumber (Home Depot) Price was lower than Home D & McCoy's. They loaded it for me, was in and out quick and back to work.
