Integrity Urgent Care

The reception staff were incredibly kind, the facility was SO clean, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor and nurse had really great bedside manner and were really thorough in making sure my daughters symptoms weren’t life-threatening. Urgent care is never a place you want to have to visit but they made it an incredible experience given the circumstances and if we find ourselves in need of an urgent care visit again, we’ll be coming back here!

Let’s make this straight to the point. I have never visited a doctors office, Urgent Care, that was more friendly or more expeditiously professional than this place. The process went one, two, three and done.
Yes my visit was basic nasal infection but Doctor Chris talked about everything I brought up.
I absolutely loved the way I was treated and it was ten dollars cheaper than my family practice doctor copay. Three thumbs up and I will use this place in my hopefully distant future.

I would definitely recommend this place. My son had to go in few times recently and the doctor was great. Communicated well and genuinely seemed interested in what's going on. But on the other hand, the last few times I had to go the woman working the counter was very short and rude. She talks down to you and we even saw a patient leave without being seen because of her attitude. But again all of the other staff is great!!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Got myself and my son in and out right away no issues even though I showed up with him 1 hr before 8pm. Dr and Nurses were awesome friendly and efficient. Great job all ❤️

We got here just before closing and instead of turning us away, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and cheerful welcomes! Even when it was closing time. This place is the absolute best!! All the staff is extremely kind and very knowledgeable! I hope we don’t have to be back in an urgent care anytime soon but if we do.Were definitely coming back here, and we live in Wylie so that definitely says something. Extra bonus, their decor is super cute!!! ❤️ Clint was the best!!!
