Walked in due to needing to get my truck inspected. They were very friendly and professional. While you are waiting for your service, you sit in the lobby which is very clean and comfortable. They are very attentive, offered coffee, hot chocolate, soft drinks or water. Bathroom is very clean. This is my first time here and definitely will be coming back whenever my truck is due for an oil change.

The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and professional from the moment we walked in. Even though we were only there to get our car inspected, he offered either coffee or a cold drink and always came by to ask if we needed anything. They were quick with everything and when checking out, we had a lengthy conversation about different things. They made us feel right at home and comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely go back for anything that is needed on our vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone

Had trouble getting front end alignment correct. Brought it back in after talking with front end mechanic and service advisers. We came up with a game plan and it worked!! My truck drives likes a new one!! It wasn’t cheap but work was first class! You don’t get that by cutting corners and being cheap! Will be back!!

The guys at this shop were great!!! They were kind and considerate. They were very transparent about my tire issue & showed me everything. Lobby was exceptionally clean & had drinks and coffee. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

This place is amazing, trustworthy, and honest. Junior is the best. He never leaves me without a ride even when I have to leave my baby( my Mustang)behind. Excellent work doesn’t come cheap so you get what you pay for! Thank you Taylor tire !
