(December 9, 2021, 4:10 pm)Been here a few times. Extremely clean. Manager is very nice and polite when I did have an issue with one of the washers. Love that I don't have to go to either the lake area or to kaufman to wash anymore. Close and convenient. Highly recommend

(August 8, 2021, 12:12 pm)BEWARE, that dang dryer setting (no heat), when using the dryers. Luckily I caught it ten minutes in. Great and uncrowded, ac'd and clean. Great prices for being a small place. And one more thing, this is not a 24/7 place like it used to be in the pictures. Probably not a far drive to get here but so you ppls know.

Very nice individuals who made sure my experience was the best it could possibly be. Best place around to do your laundry! Don’t bother looking anywhere else you won’t find any better than here!
