(October 5, 2020, 9:07 pm)This gym has a great community, and great coaching. With the coaching, I've been able to get stronger and healthier, and am in probably the best shape in my life at 44. The people (both coaches and members) here are the best, helpful and kind, but not afraid to tell you what you really need. Plus, they have protein ice cream! #winning
