Pros: Spacious & level sites, well kept grounds, great price, courteous/responsive staff.
Cons: Weak water pressure (30 psi), poor WiFi bandwidth, situated alongside I-20 was very noisy 24/7 (Not management's fault! Just saying its noisy).
In all fairness, a decent, no-frills, safe park that is right-priced for a quick stopover or long-term tennant. It's not a "destination" place to go for, say, vacation purposes.
Stopped in for a quick dump and fresh water fill and these guys were very accommodating and friendly. Only ten bucks to take care of it, and I will certainly stop in next time I'm driving through if I need to grab some Zzz. Looks like a nice spot!
Designed easy to maneuver but not accommodating for showers and laundry.
Friendly service.
Stayed in this park for a couple of months. Manager was very nice and helpful. It's a park in progress, wifi is sketchy, the lots are not big, but had a wonderful stay, meet some very nice people staying there. For 1st timers in the rv world it was great.
We stayed at this RV park October 1-3, 2021. We were in town to attend the Lonestar 600 race at the dirt track down the road. We have absolutely no complaints about the park, it was quiet and nice. They had an open grassy area that was perfect for playing with our large dogs. The park seemed very safe and comfortable even at night. The sites are pretty small width wise but considering the location and lack of RV parks I can value making the most of your land. The sites do however have a decent length to allow for parking. We had our 40ft RV with 4 slides, our one ton dually pick up, and a small SUV all parked within our site. It was snug but we made it work without issue. The management was very sweet on the phone and we enjoyed taking care of everything on the phone without having to make time to go to the office during our busy stay.
