Normally I don't entertain vendors who knock on my front door. But, I listened to Adam, from Pioneer Roofing Solutions, for several reasons: (1) I was investigating whether I needed to replace my roof due to hail or not. Adam was not like the teenagers selling roof replacements earlier in the week. (2) I wanted the specific product that Adam and Pioneer roofing were selling: Certainteed, (3) Adam answered every one of my many questions, clearly demonstrating knowledge and experience of the roofing product, its installation, and especially the process of dealing with the insurance company. And (4) my wife felt good about Adam.

I expected my insurance company would have been a big challenge. But, with Adam's direct involvement, especially with their inspector, it went very smooth.

Adam was always available via email, text, and phone and would drop by in person often. He quickly answered every one of my many questions throughout the entire roof replacement process.

Pioneer's demolition and installation was great. The crew was exceptionally hard working and very courteous. They did a complete installation including new underlayment, new drip edge, and ridge vents -- all to Certainteed's rigorous and certified standards.

Our new roof looks great and we have gotten positive comments from our neighbors. I recommend both Adam and Pioneer.

Adam with Pioneer Roofing Solutions is just the best there is. He is very knowledgeable of the roofing business and does what is best for you. He works with all the different parties to make sure everything is done correctly the first time around. When reroofing my home, everything went like clock work. It has now been a month since my home was reroofed and absolutely no problems from start to finish. It just doesn’t get any better!

Pioneer's roof installers removed the old shingles, installed new ones, cleaned up in less than a day, and did an outstanding job. I am VERY happy with the results.

Everyone involved was very professional, answered all questions asked. I did not feel pressured in any way! The job was done very efficiently and clean up was awesome . No mess left behind!
