Poetry Shooting Club

Nice, quiet place to shoot. Walter is very laid back. Great, private and loooooong range for use at a very competitive and fair price. Not as crazy as public range, was able to really give my kids 6, 8 a chance to get some practice with fundamentals. I shot my ar-10 at 400 yards and we were all plinking with .22 and 9mm. Excellent price, a little bit of a drive but it is well worth it.

We had a great time. Walt is the best. He's professional, extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Everything we needed for our day of shooting was thought of and done.

I decided to check this range out and I'm glad I did! The big range is in increments of 100 yards out to about 600 and still another that goes all the way out to 700. There is concrete seating so you're not limited to the prone position. You can drive to each target which is awesome in the warmer months. Walter, who runs the club, seems like a really nice guy and their rates are great. It's a nice little drive and the whole area is really scenic. Great place all around!

Amazing distance on the outdoor range, very friendly place and a good price. I am from out of state and this was the perfect place to get warmed up and dialed in for my hunts. I might need to come back for a quail hunt sometime!

For anyone looking to hunt privately here I saw a nice sized doe on the property while we were setting up to shoot, so definitely give this place a look!
