(May 9, 2023, 9:24 am)The food is good. I have only tried the catfish, fries, and hushpuppies so far. The catfish is not the fake knockoff kind, and for that reason alone, I will eat there weekly. I am not big on seasoned fries, but they are good and hand cut. The hushpuppies also appear to be scratch-made as well. I have eaten at establishments all around and in DFW and when it comes to "Catfish"...Jowdy's wins hands down. And I do not play when it comes to catfish.
(April 16, 2023, 10:16 am)I ordered food from this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Everything was great from the staff, food, and drink. Food is freshly prepared when ordered and piping hot when it arrives to your car. This will be my go to place every week for good seafood. Catfish was seasoned perfectly.

(January 14, 2023, 7:01 pm)Awesome food! We got the 12 piece catfish family meal the catfish, hush puppies, and fries were awesome and it was a nice amount for the price! Was also pleasantly surprised by the amount of sauce it came with! Will definitely return!

The very helpful gentleman at the window said it right, "We don't want to toot our own horn or anything, but I believe you'll be back." He was absolutely right. Thank yall, keep doing what you do.
