Surprisingly a very smooth process. I had an Appointment. So I checked in. Filled out an Application. You have to fill one out regardless of checking in. They were so friendly bc I didn't know what all to do after entering the building. So the Employees guided me and told me to fill out the application. And they immediately called me to the counter. I felt a little slow since I didn't have breakfast prior to my appointment. So the Employee was very kind and patient. I had a great experience. It was so fast!

Not a bad experience oddly enough, I only waited about 20 min. Renewing my license was fairly smooth, just gotta remember to fill out the form and bring birth certificate

Shout out to Deanne! She did me a solid after I drove an hour and a half only to realize not only did I accidentally put the appointment on my calendar for the wrong date but I also forgot my birth certificate. She helped me out and found my birth certificate in the system and avoided me doing another trip. I was out within an hour and am so grateful for her assistance!
