U Rent It jumps through hoops to fix or replace any equipment we have problems with. All of their employees are polite and courteous. As a company that keeps equipment rented 12 months out of the year I can attest that I receive the best customer service from
U Rent It, hands down.
(May 2, 2022, 5:32 pm)I rented a concrete buggy from this place and also bull float but we have some complicated problems at first when Kyle took care of the problems on the return but other than that you will get good service if you get the right people . even though they will take care of you when you’re renting equipment from here no doubt
