They went over and above to ensure we were welcomed, comfortable, and happy. They even surprised my friend with the Happy Birthday Song over the speakers. Something so simple, but so impressive that they paid such attention to detail. I personally would have liked to see a couple of healthy options on the menu (Salad or even Grilled Chicken Sandwich), but they best accommodated my needs as they could. I'll be back. “Attended an intro class facilitated by David yesterday. He is an excellent instructor and provided a very valuable course. His knowledge of guns and how they work is impressive. He was able to instruct us on the proper stance, grip and most importantly how to adjust based on how we were hitting the target. He also has a great personality which lends itself very much to a training environment. He showed great interest in helping each student improve. I would definitely endorse him and would look to take additional training with him.”

“PLEASE READ: I’m not going to lie, I was extremely nervous to bring my dress here to be altered given the reviews on this company. I called on a Friday evening asking if they do alterations and the young lady said they did. She told me I could bring my dress in on Monday and that they’d have it ready and done on Wednesday (today) that same week. I have a Christmas ball to attend on Friday. Every other place I tried to call to get my dress altered told me they were several weeks out and that not many places would be able or willing to alter a formal dress on such short notice. So VIP cleaners was my last resort. I brought it in Monday and it was a different woman than who I spoke to on the phone the previous week. I will say, she certainly wasn’t the kindest person, and when I told her that the girl told me I could bring it in Monday and have it done on Wednesday, her eyes went wide and in a snarky tone said “well we’ll try”. That made me even more nervous to leave my dress to be altered. Don’t get me wrong, I understand these things take time so I don’t blame her for being taken aback, but the remark was unprofessional. I called again the next day on Tuesday, asking if it was still in line to be ready for pickup on Wednesday (because I got even more nervous after reading more reviews) and the same woman who I spoke to on Monday, to bring my dress in, was the one who answered the phone. She seemed irritated that I was asking. She said in a rude tone, “yes it will be ready tomorrow evening.” I replied with great thanks and appreciation and she sighed and hung up the phone. No “you’re welcome”, no “I’m glad I could help”, nothing. So that certainly didn’t help my concerns about the professionalism of the business. However, I came in this evening as instructed to pick up my dress and it was ready. There was a sweet young woman (I didn’t catch her name), blonde, who sounded like the woman I spoke to the very first day when I asked if they did alterations. She was very kind, had a smile on her face, and was excited to tell me that they even steamed my dress even though I didn’t ask for it to be done. She is the reason I’m leaving 5 stars. Plus, thankfully, the alteration looked great and it was measured exactly as requested.”
