  Robby is a very thorough and detailed public adjuster and he advised me from the beginning to the end of my fire claim. I would definitely use his services again if needed and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a public adjuster.   JR consultants did a amazing job! They fought for me when no one else would, and they got me my New Roof! My insurance would only give me $800 because they said my roof was too old and wanted me to patch it. Very happy with the end result! Keep up the good work!!

  J.R. Claims Consultants and its owner, Robby, did an outstanding job in helping me obtain fair treatment post-Hurricane Ida from a balky insurance company that refused to assist me in repairing my home’s damages. Even though I had never filed a homeowner’s claim in 30 years of insuring each of my homes with the same company, they were less than forthcoming in their assessment of storm damage. Things changed big time once Robby got involved!
  What a learning experience this was! Thanks, Robby, for representing me and ensuring that I was treated fairly.

  I used J.R. Claims Consultants recently because my insurance company didn’t want to pay my homeowners claim. Robby went to bat for me and got my insurance company to pay for the repairs that they owed! Thank you Robby!!

  I highly recommend J.R. Claims. James actually answers and return phone calls and emails. He doesn't leave you wondering what's going on. I'm a single female and have always experienced businesses or contractors trying to take advantage of me (such as my insurance company) I am far from being a pushover, but it was nice to know he had me back! He came through and fought with me and I got my roof replaced. I truly appreciate his dedication, hard work and resilience. He makes me believe there are still good people who really care.
