My sales rep was Butch. He was a pleasure to work with. My daughter literally said, “daddy, you and Mr Butch should be friends! He’s really cool”. He walked me through the car buying process and communicated every step we needed to take. My request for a vehicle was very specific and he accomplished every single detail I asked, including the car payment. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be back when the time comes for the next car.
I took over a two hour driver to visit Nissan Boerne four weeks ago (and I hate dealerships). Jeremiah was informative, chill, and extremely knowledgeable about the Titan I was highly interested in. He was more helpful than pushy, which is what I was looking for in a salesperson. It took me over a week to make my decision. I took another two hour drive to pick up my new toy.
I was never pressured by Jeremiah. When speaking to my finance officer David, he was just as professional and down-to-earth as Jeremiah. He explained the painful amount I would be spending monthly, which was worth it for me. I have never bought a truck like this before. Furthermore, I have never had service as well. Jeremiah continues to check on me and has answered all my questions. In all honesty, I have contacted him more than he has contacted me.
Go see Jeremiah and David. I highly recommend them. Sincerely, the best service I have ever had in a dealership.

We actually really enjoyed our first time to a dealership! Obviously, it's always more than walking in and walking out, but Cowboy Coy (and yes, he is known around the dealership as that) very much made us feel comfortable in the environment with very little pressure. He was friendly, understanding, and outgoing, which was nice considering we made a 2 hour drive from Austin for this baby! The dealership itself is also very clean and absolutely gorgeous!
Our financer, Jacob, was fantastic as well. Very chill and reliable in getting the best deal possible!
Overall a pretty good (albeit exhausting) experience!
Tyler B and the team were absolutely amazing and I trusted that they were going to steer me in the right direction, everybody came together to make sure I got the right car at a good price! I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative to be able to pull off the lot with my new car! Reed was FANTASTIC!!! The car buying experience is always one you dread. The paperwork, the sitting around, and all the financial talk. Not here. Yes you still go through those necessary steps, but Reed and the team made it one of THE BEST car buying experiences my wife and I have ever been through! We never felt pushed or irritated. They made us laugh and kept us in the loop with all details regarding my trade-in, as well as, buying our new Maxima! I highly recommend this dealership 150%! Plus, who doesn’t love free cookies & Starbucks coffee? 😂
