“I took over a two hour driver to visit Nissan Boerne four weeks ago (and I hate dealerships). Jeremiah was informative, chill, and extremely knowledgeable about the Titan I was highly interested in. He was more helpful than pushy, which is what I was looking for in a salesperson. It took me over a week to make my decision. I took another two hour drive to pick up my new toy. I was never pressured by Jeremiah. When speaking to my finance officer David, he was just as professional and down-to-earth as Jeremiah. He explained the painful amount I would be spending monthly, which was worth it for me. I have never bought a truck like this before. Furthermore, I have never had service as well. “My wife wanted a used Mercedes SUV. We went to a couple of dealers around San Antonio and were not impressed. She called Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and spoke to Robert. Robert told her what was on their used inventory. We went just before closing and looked at a 2019 GLE 400 which was only slightly higher priced than a 2018 GLC 350 with 40,000 more miles, at another dealer. She loved it and made arrangements to return the next day to complete the purchase. The dealership was very fast at completing the paperwork (I purchased a Ford truck down the street the next day and was amazed at how much faster Mercedes-Benz of Boerne was). They detailed the car and gave my wife a loaner GLC350 to use until her car was done. Robert brought her car to us in Cibolo and took the loaner car back. Great service from phone call all the way through delivery of the vehicle. Satisfied customer who would highly recommend this dealer.”
