I LOVE Valvoline!!! My favorite oil change place. Today the manager explained all the services I need and I will return to get everything done. The young man who did my oil change is amazing. What a wonderful Valvoline location. All valvolines are great, I love them.

I don't know what happened, but I've been going here the past couple of years and today's service was the first time ever that (while it took a little long) it was like a well-oiled machine. Those ladies were professional, respectful, polite, explained things needed and not needed - ensuring I come back since they were not trying to take every penny out of my pocket. They appeared to work well together announcing when each was in progress of doing different tasks for my oil change. Whomever was there this morning, I will not want to come back any other time as this mostly female team had it together and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. The way they worked well together was truly exemplary and the way every single oil change outfit should run.

I received top notch service from the Manager named Dominic at this location today. He immediately solved a very important issue that I was having with my 2014 Mercedes. In my opinion, he is a great person to work with when you have a car problem!

Stopped by this Valvoline today. There was a line 3 deep at each station. I just needed to see if they could put in a brake light for a Mazda cx-5. Eric, the Asst. Manager came out and replaced it in the parking lot for me, so I didn't have to wait. He totally volunteered to do that. Super nice, happy to help. Great job Eric. I've been to this location and the one on sr-64 several times and they ALWAYS do a great job with excellent customer service.
