Ferris Orthodontics

I love this place ! in fact, all 3 of my kiddos have have been taken care of here, as well as this 50 year old Dad :) Today, my permanent upper retainer came loose. I left a message over the weekend and at 0830, Heather aka H2 called me and she was amazing. She could sense the urgency in my voice, and within 3 minutes, she scrambled to get me in to see Dr. Hembree at the Spring Branch location. I am a very busy Medical Device Rep, and Heather save the Day. It is ALWAYS refreshing to speak with people that love their Jobs. Thank you H2, you did great. Dr. Ferris stays current with his profession and is extremely competent. He is gracious and I could tell that he genuinely cared that we achieved a perfect outcome. The entire staff are skilled and friendly. I recommend without reservation.
