Just whipped through the drive-thru, but the lady that took my order has taken it on several occasions and is always pleasant when she speaks. Does her Arby's spill about trying their current special and add-ons (which I understand is her job) and when I decline she swiftly moves on to what I want.

I have always enjoyed going to Andover Arby's. I have been several times and have always had the best of customer service and my order has always been hot and correct. My friend and I went to Arby's today an was wanting the pecan chicken salad and it has been discontinued but Kim had let us know where we could go to get it. That was very nice but we chose to stay. I had a French dip (my favorite) and my friend had the Wagyu Sandwich (she said it was good). Kim, the General Manager is very nice and went above and beyond. It was nice talking to her today.
