James is a very valuable employee. I have been in the customer service business most my life and he is a pleasure to work with. (April 24, 2020, 12:15 am)Our water heater went out and they had someone out within a few hours. I called after 6 and they were here by 9. I had a new water heater installed the same night at a great price! Ryan was very professional, answered all our questions, and was very informative. I would without a doubt recommend them for your plumbing needs!
(January 27, 2020, 4:08 pm)When a water heater goes out, it can be so inconvenient! My home warranty company recommended Caliente, and I am so very pleased! I contacted Caliente on a Saturday morning and was assisted by a real human being (!). They changed the appointment to work with my needs. They were on time, professional, friendly, and extremely informative. James thoroughly explained what the issues were, why the water heater needed to be replaced, and also kept me informed when the home warranty company was not wanting to cover some of the issues. I have found my plumber from here on out. What a blessing! Thank you, James, and thank you to Caliente! (I'll deal with the home warranty company later!)
(August 27, 2019, 6:53 pm)We built our home 30 years ago and have replaced our RO (reverse osmosis) system many times. It always took the water a long time to fill up a container, and many times I ran out of water when trying to fill a pot for tea or soup. Ryan from Caliente Hot Water Plumbing replaced the RO system last week. He listened to my complaints and quickly identified the problems. I love my new RO system! The new Caliente Life Water system is much smaller giving me the extra room for a second water storage tank. I now have a -Life time parts and labor warranty- I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.
