I went to see Dr Beicker for a severe tennis elbow. When I found no relief in a cortisone shot, we decided to try a PRP injection. Best decision I ever made!
PRP (Platelet-rich plasma) injections are prepared by taking anywhere from one to a few tubes of your own blood and running it through a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. All done in office (Boerne). These activated platelets are then injected directly into your injured or diseased body tissue. This releases growth factors that stimulate and increase the number of reparative cells your body produces. I'm 8 months pain free.

Now to manage my degenerative knees progression. Glad I have Dr Beicker on my side. He's terrific!

I went in with a trigger finger. Dr came in ,looked and gave me a cortisone shot. Its much better now. He was very nice and tried not to hurt me.

I had painful arthritis in my lower right thumb joint. Dr. Beicker injected a steroid into the joint and the pain has gone away. The shot was painless because the joint had been sprayed with a freezing cold substance.
