“My wife wanted a used Mercedes SUV. We went to a couple of dealers around San Antonio and were not impressed. She called Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and spoke to Robert. Robert told her what was on their used inventory. We went just before closing and looked at a 2019 GLE 400 which was only slightly higher priced than a 2018 GLC 350 with 40,000 more miles, at another dealer. She loved it and made arrangements to return the next day to complete the purchase. The dealership was very fast at completing the paperwork (I purchased a Ford truck down the street the next day and was amazed at how much faster Mercedes-Benz of Boerne was). They detailed the car and gave my wife a loaner GLC350 to use until her car was done. Robert brought her car to us in Cibolo and took the loaner car back. Great service from phone call all the way through delivery of the vehicle. Satisfied customer who would highly recommend this dealer.”

“My husband & I were driving to Fredericksburg on Friday and saw this place and decided to stop. We'd been looking for a fountain for a long time. We initially were helped by Samuel, the son. He was so helpful and nice. Answered lots of questions and was always so patient. Then, Samuel, the father/owner, arrived and was even more helpful. Showed us pictures on his phone of the exact pump we needed to buy, lights we could buy for nighttime illumination, etc. We were not able to pick up the fountain until Sunday and would need a lot of help getting it into our vehicle as it was extremely heavy. Both father and son were again so helpful. I cannot remember the last time I've had such wonderful customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Pottery Home.”

“Finally got out to this privately-owned cave and it was very much worth it. Our guide was a VERY enthusiastic young lady and she did a great job. These caverns are worth your time to reserve a spot to tour. They hold monthly concerts and host weddings in the caverns, too, so pretty fascinating. Great story behind the discovery of the cave itself as well. Really enjoyed it.”

“If you are picking up or delivering with an 53 foot trailer prepare for a challenge. Location isn’t designed for an 18 wheeler but you can get in and out if you’re REALLY Careful. The paved road going in is slightly narrow for a truck and you will hit some tree branches. Then you have to cross this narrow bridge with maybe less than a foot of clearance on each side for your truck. Getting in is the easy part. Getting out is the harder part because if you don’t turn wide enough getting out the end of your trailer will fall off the edge of the bridge. But the employees are helpful and will move their cars and any debris preventing you from making your turn wide enough and they will help guide you out. Loading time can take up to 3 hours depending on what you are picking up but they are pretty quick.”
