“If you are picking up or delivering with an 53 foot trailer prepare for a challenge. Location isn’t designed for an 18 wheeler but you can get in and out if you’re REALLY Careful. The paved road going in is slightly narrow for a truck and you will hit some tree branches. Then you have to cross this narrow bridge with maybe less than a foot of clearance on each side for your truck. Getting in is the easy part. Getting out is the harder part because if you don’t turn wide enough getting out the end of your trailer will fall off the edge of the bridge. But the employees are helpful and will move their cars and any debris preventing you from making your turn wide enough and they will help guide you out. Loading time can take up to 3 hours depending on what you are picking up but they are pretty quick.”

So much of the time when folks work fast they don't take any time to interact or listen to the needs of the customer. The staff we had took time to work with us on our needs. I was moving from Spring TX to Frisco TX, so they came all the way from San Antonio for the job. I was prepared for them to be late given the distance and was very pleasantly surprised by their communication and timeliness. I highly recommend them to anyone!”
