Took my truck in for service, took longer than they said, had to leave it over night and was left with out a vehicle to drive, I have the extended warranty but there was not any loner or rentals available. Kinda disappointing I depend on a vehicle to get back and forth to work

I had expressed an interest in a particular vehicle with specific features. The Tahoe with the High Country package. When one became available, the salesperson, Margo, texted and then called me with the specifics of this vehicle, along with what I thought was a fair price. We scheduled a visit. During the visit, I met with a manager (not sure if he was the manager or owner). He made us feel comfortable and welcome at the business. We completed the deal and I left in exactly what I had wanted.

Very pleased with Customer Service with this dealership.I am happy with our purchase with these folks.

Had to drive many miles to find the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. No surprises come signing time.
