  5 star!!! A CLASS ACT, I MYSELF THINK THAT SHIRTLESS JAKE ADD'S A CERTAIN ENERGETIC VIBE TO THE PLACE AND HE CAN SELL A ICE CUBE TO A ESKMO. THAT PLACE IS GREAT BUT, WOULD BE VERY DIFFERENT WITHOUT JAKE THERE.

  Bought my home from Crystal.She helped us from beginning to end. She is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. The whole staff treated us like family! Definitely recommend purchasing from the location. Such a hometown feel.Thank you Crystal and Palm Harbor in Cleveland Tx.

  Bought our home from David Cuadros at the Cleveland location. He helped us find a home to fit our whole family and in our budget.We are truly thankful we found him as we had been to several other location in the area and couldn't get financed. He has gone above and beyond for us and are very pleased with our experience. Thank you David for helping us find our forever home.

  Had a great experience! David pulled out all the stops for us. At first we got denied by Clayton but we shopped around and found Palm Harbor. They worked with us and really knew what to do. They got us approved pretty fast and delivered our house extremely fast! David was on the ball the entire time, would highly recommend Palm Harbor to friends! Definitely had a wonderful experience !!

  I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Mobile Home or a regular house for my forever home so I stopped into Palm Harbor in Cleveland and Bam!! It was clear! Crystal showed me all the homes that were available and she was so knowledgeable, personable and professional . I found my dream home and Crystal made the loan and paperwork process ridiculously easy!! Since my home was delivered and set up I am beyond ecstatic and happy. I never want to leave home and Crystal made the entire journey such a great experience!! Crystal will make sure that you get a great deal and the paperwork will be a quick positive process.
