Bayou Urgent Care

They went above and beyond! My little had seen 5 Drs and everyone said she was fine, but she wasn't. They took the time to do a full check, ran some easy tests and found the problem! Then for a follow up on a chilly rainy day they walked out to my car so I didn't have to get 2 kids out of car seats. I won't take my 3 anyplace else.

This is late because it has been so crazy after Christmas but I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Isabell (sp) is hands down my most favorite nurse. She went above and beyond for us. We will forever use Bayou Urgent Care when we need it. 🤍

Very personal and attentive to my kids needs, extremely patient when they weren’t feeling good and scared to be at the doctor. We left knowing this is where we will come anytime anyone in our house gets sick again. Amazing staff❤️

I called this urgent care to verify that I would be able to get the treatment I’d need and even though they weren’t able to help in my specific situation, Isabel went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even found a place near by that could help. She stayed late and made multiple calls in order to get records I needed to be able to be seen elsewhere. She was SO kind and caring. I STRONGLY recommend this urgent care❤️

Sorry this is late but it’s been crazy for the holidays.. we didn’t know what to do.. we went in for Various issues but the staff was patient even when I was mad at the world. My kid was crying and the lady came put us in a patient room and started her job but wow my kid was not happy at all but she did it she made him smile and stop crying but it was great because she had not lost the value of respect. When he smiled she asked permission before giving him a small toy to bring home — it was not much but it was the thought.. what respect to this lady.. We did a telemed - I loved it … it was just as if we where in office the nurse went above and beyond to make sure my son was not freaking out.. we started talking about other services they provide and wow how much information she gave me.. I will be back.. she said they changed a lot and wow if this is change it’s awesome.. I love how they have history of the location up to.. I love that even though I went in right before they closed she accepted me in we left late but she was as pleasant as if it was no big deal to her.. sorry to her family for keeping her late
