“They were great. They had me a room upstairs and I can't climb stairs and front desk only had a downstairs room smoking room I don't smoke. They were gracious enough to clean the room and get rid of about 95% of the smoke odor and a little bit of air freshener and I was able to stay in there. I have asthma so I can't inhale any kind of smoke even second-hand smoke but they was so great they didn't have to do that for me but they did. And I am so grateful they did.”
