Appreciated the fact he pointed out couple awful areas that roof decking needed to be replaced. The additional cost was fair. home and bushes etc. were well protected and cleanup was excellent and done at the end of each day, not just when the job was completed. “WOW! What a difference between the Dayton Annex and the Liberty office. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone at the Liberty location. When I was there 2 weeks ago the woman was very abrupt and behaved as if answering additional questions was too much work (literally, her job). Called the Dayton office and the person was polite & informative. Basically, the total opposite from her counterpart. Aren't these people employed by local government? I wonder who the elected official is that should be aware of this?”
