“I lost a little respect for them during my wife’s last visit. They quoted her that the repair would be under $250 and then charged her more when she went to pick up her truck. She wasn’t dealing with the owner like usual. They are usually straight up and have done great work for my wife when I’m out of town. Just make sure you deal with the owner not his employees when it comes to quotes and final bill. UPDATE! After my initial review I was called by Jeff from the shop. He has assured me that he is sincerely sorry for the mis-quote and explained to me in better detail what had happened. He did exactly what I would expect from him after doing so much in the past and always being very satisfied with the work. Not many American owned businesses anymore and I want to see him continue to succeed and prosper.
