“Drove in to the auto dept with a dead car battery on Memorial Day. I had called them an hour before to make sure they were open and that they had the battery in stock. When I arrived the manager greeted me and showed me the battery that had been pulled from stock. In less than 15 minutes I was back on the road. I was pleasantly shocked and most grateful.”

“I've banked with Woodforest for 8 years already and my first account ever with them was at the liberty location as well. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly though you can tell they mean business. The only negative I would say about this bank is that they don't offer any ATMs outside of Walmart. They also don't offer deposits through the ATM in case it's after hours! Also, if you're in need of a temporary check, you must go all the way to the Crosby location which is of course a bit of a hassle. I have tried banking with chase and wells Fargo before and I ended up coming back to Woodforest. I would not leave banking at Woodforest again for sure! They are the chosen one!”
